Platform Description

GritRaise is a referral-based fundraising platform that helps youth sports teams earn commissions by connecting potential Spectrum Wireless Internet customers with sales representatives. GritRaise serves as the technology platform facilitating these connections.

Use of the Platform

• You must be 18 years or older to submit a sign-up form.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when signing up.
• Referral links are for legitimate use only — no spam, mass distribution, or fraudulent submissions.
• One submission per household. Duplicate or fraudulent leads will not result in commissions.

Commissions and Payouts

Commissions are earned only when a referral results in a closed, paid Spectrum Wireless Internet subscription. GritRaise and its partner reserve the right to verify and validate all referrals before crediting commissions. Commission amounts are subject to change.

GritRaise makes no guarantees regarding commission amounts, service availability, or the suitability of Spectrum Wireless Internet for any particular address or need. Internet service availability is subject to Spectrum's coverage area.

Limitation of Liability

GritRaise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the commission amount credited to your team account.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
